Great experience! I hired Brandon and his crew to replace a concrete staircase and place a colored, stamped back porch on our town home. I was worried about having the large concrete trucks bothering anyone else in the complex, and they worked long hours and got it done so fast that others in the complex did not even know they finished the job. Anyway, they did a fantastic job! So excited about our new porch and stairs done the right way! Great job!!!

Brandon was very helpful in determining what to do and how to do it. He is licensed in Live Oak and easily pulled the forms and knew what the code required. The ENTIRE job–demolition, underlayment, rebar, and forms, pouring and finishing the concrete– was completed in one day–with no problems and an EXCELLENT finished product.

Outdoor Kitchen: Brandon Cain quoted a complete price (turnkey) for the BBQ island that he built next to my pool. He worked steadily and methodically. I could tell by day 3 that he really knew his job well. He explained every process in the project. Asked for 33% down payment, 33% at midway point, and 34% percent upon completion and walk-through. Midway through the project, I wanted to modify the project, and we quickly redrew the plans and proceeded without a hitch. He kept the area clean every day until he was done. He even used touch-up paint to fix some of the areas that were accidentally scratched. The project was well thought out and concise. Due to the project needing to be RIGHT ON measurements and cuts, he nailed it and the grill and doors fit perfectly. I would highly recommend Brandon for any job that you may have around the house.

I recently used Cain’s Decorative Concrete to finish out my outdoor kitchen concrete counters. They also tied in our kitchen to the rest of our exterior by matching and stuccoing the vertical surfaces and doing some accent rock work to match the pool stone. The project turned out beautiful. We had a difficult job that most companies refused to handle. We had black deep stains from outdoor carpet that was removed. We need the work done fast, so we could rent the house out. This company came through for us. The owner was great, and although the job was messy and created bad fumes, the worker stuck to it for three days and got it done.
